The wildflowers in a typical Jennings County spring are anything but typical. They are awesome! Even the most cynical and pessimistic souls can't help but be awed by the beauty of this colorful season. Simply take a drive down our main road and you will see a great deal. If you don't mind a short hike, then the blue bell spectacle is a must see-blue bells as far as the eye can see.

The dogwood and redbuds are equally unique and worth while of your attention. There are a few rare species for the avid viewer. The surrounding parks and preserves will add a few million more flowers for your enjoyment.
